Agreement and Terms of Use Dating Crushs

    • Is hateful, threatening, defamatory, insulting, or demeaning, or violates the privacy of other Users or third parties;
    • Violates the rights of minors;
    • Is vulgar or obscene, contains foul language, pornographic images and texts, or scenes of a sexual nature involving minors;
    • Contains scenes of violence or inhumane treatment of animals;
    • Contains descriptions of means and methods of suicide, or any incitement to commit;
    • Promotes racial, religious, or ethnic hatred or enmity;
    • Contains extremist materials;
    • Contains advertising or promotes narcotic substances;
    • Is fraudulent in nature;
  • 4.5 Illegally using the intellectual property of Users and third parties;
  • 4.6 Failing to acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any information posted on Dating Crushs and for any interactions with other Users, at your own risk;
  • 4.7 Continuing to use the service if you disagree with these Rules; in that case, you must stop using it and may inform the Administration.

Obligations of the User:

  • Comply with current legislation, these Rules, and other documents of the Administration;
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely data, and keep it up to date;
  • Inform us of unauthorized access to your account or use of your credentials;
  • Not place information that may violate the rights and interests of other persons;
  • Verify the legality of any content before posting it.

5. Content on Dating Crushs

  • 6.4 Removal of a User's account automatically means the removal of all associated information. After removal, the User loses access to Dating Crushs.
  • 6.5 The Administration ensures the functioning of Dating Crushs but is not responsible for temporary disruptions, loss of information, or any damage to your device or software.
  • 6.6 The Administration may use statistical information and User data for the operation, maintenance, and enforcement of these Rules.

7. Limitation of Liability
